ok, so i got my 6 year old an albino pacman and she's (the frog, that is) set up nicely in a medium-sized habitat with some eco-earth bedding, a fresh water bowl, some greenery, and a heating pad.
after letting her settle yesterday, we decided to throw her a couple of crickets.
as soon as we put them in there, she was excited and seemed to be stalking them. i realized right away that i had put too much "greenery" in the tank and she was having trouble getting around it. so, oiut of fear that she would get stuck or damage her skin, i removed some of it and rearranged the tank a bit.
after i rearranged the tank, she sat in her water bowl for 5 minutes, then burrowed up and hasn't moved in almost 15 hours (even though both crickets are still hopping around her).
to the point: questions:
1) is she just nervous? 2) could she be hybernating already? the guy at the pet store said she had eaten yesterday morning)? 3) do these frogs prefer to be hand-fed or would they rather "hunt"? 4) i know they go from being sedentary to being active (usually depending on if there's food around), buit when should i worry? 5) i know they aren't to be handled too much, but how much is too much? can we get her out for 10 minutes every other day or so? 6) should i be "dusting" the crickets with vitamins? pros/cons? 7) should we remove the frog's waste as well as clean the tank once a week?
thank you so much for your site and help!

Every once in a while I run across a Candace Parris good timberland boots article... so I decided that, since 'Abbys Good Stuff' was using so little of the discount timberland boots web space that I already paid for, that I'd use up some of that space and grab some of the best cheap timberland boots articles I read and reprint them here. This is a new thing, but it will grow. The timberland mens boots articles and editorials I choose will be on a wide variety of subjects - the only thing they will have in common is that I liked them when I read womens timberland boots them and somehow got permission to reprint them here to share with you. I'll try to add at least one new one every week, and of course you can send a timberland outlet suggestion if you have, or know of, a good article that I could add.
